Delete your account

This page is public. You do not need to be signed in to read it. Deleting an account requires your own sign-in, so one person cannot delete someone else’s account.

Deleting your Ora Psychic customer account is permanent. You will be signed out, and this account cannot be used again.

Removed when the request completes

display name, email, password, and Google or X sign-in
gender and date of birth
profile photo
private reading and inbox messages, including uploaded images
saved advisors, blocks, and support messages
advisor-application contact details, when you are not an approved advisor
active sessions

Kept, and for how long

Coin, tip, membership, and payment records (amount, date, and payment reference, never the full card number) for 7 years, for tax, accounting, and disputes. Unused coins and remaining membership time are forfeited and are not refunded by deletion.
Safety and fraud records, including report category and sign-in IP or device label when one was stored, for 24 months. Message text in those records is removed.
Review text you published on an advisor profile, without your name, email, or photo, so the advisor rating stays accurate.

Payment records are kept for 7 years. Safety records are kept for 24 months. Nothing here is deleted immediately if it is in that list.

How to request deletion

Sign in to the Ora account you want to close. The app is orapsychic.xyz. The website is orapsychic.com. Both use the same account.
Open Account, then Account settings. You can also stay on this page after you are signed in.
Choose Delete account, read the notice, then continue.
Confirm again by checking the box and typing DELETE. Ora deletes the account only after that second confirmation.

Approved advisor profiles are not removed here. An advisor should contact support so the public listing and payout records can be handled separately.
